What a wonderful experience buying a property. Jessica and Olivier are fantastic! I had them send me listings for quite a few months as I was debating on renting or buying a property for my son going to University. Being based in Calgary, it was a leap of faith picking a realtor from the internet, I got lucky. We had 2 days to look at properties and we felt like we had their full attention for the whole duration. They managed to get last minute viewings and were very helpful and informative on the units and areas we were looking at. Once we settled on a property, they guided us through the whole process. Again, we had limited time (1 week) to complete the sale and to completely go over all the paper work and this included condo documents. This is a process in Calgary that you need to pay a specialist to do and it usually takes over a week. Jessica stayed up late and made sure she got through them with me and we managed to have everything ready on time. She also gave me a list of Inspectors and Notaries which was very helpful. I felt very confident doing this process long distance. There was a delay with the sale on the sellers part and she kept following up on a regular basis to make sure we were kept in the loop, not once did I feel like I was forgotten! On the contrary, they make you feel like you and your purchase are very important. Once everything was completed I even received a text that she had seen my son walking to the bus -value for a mother – Priceless! Thank you for everything and I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking in the area! You truly do care that your clients are happy and comfortable with their purchase.
